Resolving issues, tickets, changes, in the Virtual Workplace infrastructure
Participating in operational meetings for ongoing problems
Daily checks of the environmental health and maintaining the environment state
Calls with client / colleagues from support teams to bring changes into the configuration
Bringing automation for the repetitive tasks

To be successful on the role, you'll have good interpersonal and customer handling skills. You will be able to create technical documentation and convert business requirements into a technical proposal.
Good level of English is required.
Technologies used in the position:
Active Directory, preferably in a large scale environment;
Windows Server (2012, 2016 or 2019);
Create/manage Domain Services and Federation Services concepts and configuration including: disaster recovery scenarios, managing security groups, delegation, OU structure, object types, and attributes;
Microsoft technology including ADDS (knowledge of ADFS, Azure AD, CA, PKI is a plus)
