| COMPANY: * international company * leader in waterproofing, thermal insulation, and geotechnical solutions * stable and well-established position REGION OF OPERATION: Romania YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • conducting project sales in the construction and infrastructure sectors, • building and maintaining relationships with investors, designers, and contractors, • promoting the company's solutions to obtain technological specifications for new projects, • preparing technical solutions and commercial offers tailored to the needs of specific projects, • technical and commercial support throughout all stages of project implementation – from the design and tender phase to installation, • conducting technical and commercial presentations and training for clients, • preparing cost estimates and offers for geotechnical projects, • collaborating with internal and external design teams (roads, bridges, geotechnics). THIS OFFER IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE: • a university degree in construction or related fields (or equivalent experience), • several years of experience in B2B sales or project sales (experience in the construction/road industry is a plus), • a good knowledge of technical documentation and design standards, • a category B driving license and willingness to travel, • independence, excellent work organization, and a strong focus on achieving goals.
